Tpower2 Terms & Conditions – Full Guide Platform Usage

In these tpower2 Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below:

• "tpower2" or "Platform" refers to the tpower2.click website along with all services, products, and content available on it.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using tpower2 services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Member to access tpower2 services.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) held in a Member's tpower2 account at any given time.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, bonus funds, free spins, or other rewards granted by tpower2 to a Member through promotions or loyalty programmes.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process that tpower2 may request from time to time.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by the Member themselves, distinct from bonus funds granted by tpower2.

To register and use tpower2 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Register only for personal use and not on behalf of another person or business entity.
• Not currently on a self-exclusion list or play ban imposed by tpower2 or any relevant authority.
• Providing information that is accurate, complete, and up to date at the time of registration and throughout the duration of membership.
• Never had an account terminated by tpower2 for fraud or prior Terms violations.

Tpower2 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including copies of identity documents such as a MyKad or Malaysian passport. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

Each eligible individual may only hold one (1) active account at tpower2. Holding multiple accounts, whether intentional or not, is a violation of these Terms. If tpower2 detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual based on name, phone number, ID number, IP address, device, or financial information, all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation.

During registration, you will be required to provide:

• Full name as shown on your official identity document.
• An active Malaysian mobile number (for OTP verification).
• A strong, unique password for your tpower2 account.

You are solely responsible for keeping your tpower2 account password and login credentials confidential. tpower2 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own failure to safeguard your login information. Please report any suspicious account activity to the tpower2 support team immediately.

Tpower2 accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow
• FPX Online Banking (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other Malaysian banks that support FPX)

The minimum deposit is RM 10 for all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit set by tpower2, though individual payment methods may have their own transaction limits. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only — tpower2 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Deposited funds are typically credited to your tpower2 account within under 30 seconds. If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact tpower2 support via Live Chat and include proof of payment.

Tpower2 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond tpower2's control.

Tpower2 members may withdraw funds from their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The tpower2 account has been fully verified (KYC complete).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.
• There is no ongoing security or fraud investigation against the account in question.

Withdrawals can only be made to a Malaysian bank account or e-wallet in your own name — the same name registered on your tpower2 account. tpower2 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Standard withdrawals (below RM 5,000): 15 – 60 minutes.
• Medium withdrawals (RM 5,000 – RM 20,000): 1 – 4 working hours.
• Large withdrawals (above RM 20,000): Up to 24 working hours, subject to security review.

Tpower2 offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and special event promotions. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms and conditions as stated in the respective offer.

The general terms applicable to all tpower2 bonuses are as follows:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement ratio is stated in each bonus offer (for example: a RM100 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager RM 3,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn).
• Validity Period: Each bonus has a set validity period, typically between 7 and 30 days. Any unused bonus or unfulfilled wagering requirements within this period will expire and be recredited to tpower2.
• Bet Limit During Bonus: While bonus wagering requirements are active, the maximum bet limit may be capped at RM 50 per round or hand to prevent abuse.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on tpower2 contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Certain games may be excluded entirely or contribute at a reduced rate. The full list of eligible games is stated in each bonus offer.

Tpower2 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other members to manipulate bonus conditions, or any form of fraud related to bonus usage.

All wagering on tpower2 is subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is considered valid and final once confirmed by the tpower2 system. Results displayed on your screen after each round or match are final unless a verified technical error has occurred.
• In the event of an internet disconnection occurring while a bet is being processed, the tpower2 system will record the outcome based on data received prior to the disruption. Decisions that have already been processed cannot be reversed on grounds of connectivity loss.
• Tpower2 reserves the right to void bets placed during a system error — for example, incorrect multipliers displayed due to a technical fault. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded to the member's account.
• For football and live Sports Betting, tpower2 uses data from recognised independent sports information providers to determine official results. tpower2 is not responsible for any discrepancies arising from broadcast or data transmission delays.
• Any bets placed on a game that is experiencing a known technical issue at the time may be voided and the stake returned at tpower2's discretion.

Tpower2 is deeply committed to the wellbeing of its members. We believe that betting and casino entertainment should remain an enjoyable recreational activity, not a source of stress or financial hardship. To this end, tpower2 provides all members with the following tools:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: You can set a maximum deposit limit from your tpower2 account panel. The limit takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum limit on the amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: You may apply to temporarily suspend your tpower2 account (for 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year) or permanently close it. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a maximum session duration after which the system will automatically log you out.

The security of your tpower2 account is a shared responsibility between you and tpower2. You are responsible for:

• Using a strong password (at least 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).
• Do not share your password or login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Avoid using tpower2 on public devices or unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
• Reporting immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Keeping the email address and phone number registered to your tpower2 account up to date and accessible at all times.

Tpower2 will never ask for your account password via email, Live Chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request claiming to be from tpower2, do not comply and report it to our support team immediately.

Members may close their tpower2 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the payment method used for the last deposit, subject to successful KYC verification.

Tpower2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of tpower2's Terms & Conditions.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any suspected or confirmed illegal activity.
• Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors.
• Registering using false information or another person's identity.
• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour towards tpower2 staff.
• Any action that compromises the integrity, security, or reputation of tpower2.

In cases of termination due to fraud or serious violations, tpower2 reserves the right to freeze all funds in the relevant account pending the outcome of an investigation. If fraud is confirmed, tpower2 reserves the right to forfeit those funds and pursue appropriate legal action.

Tpower2 provides its platform and services on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation, tpower2 cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, connection disruptions, or delays arising from factors beyond our control, such as internet service provider outages, natural disasters, or third-party system failures.

Tpower2's liability to any member is limited to the actual funds deposited by that member and remaining in their account. tpower2 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from betting decisions made by the member themselves.
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the tpower2 platform.
• Payment processing failures or delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.

Tpower2 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Members will be notified of any material changes via an in-platform notice or email at least 7 days before taking effect.

Your continued use of the tpower2 platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account before the new terms take effect.
